Award winning author of short stories and poems, Kwame MA McPherson is an awarding writer, authorpreneur, prolific writer and poet. Of African Jamaican descent, Kwame's writing reflects his experiences and life observations. A contributor to various international magazines and significantly, as a Poetic Soul winner and author of short story books Deep Roots, Strong Tree, Yawd Vibes (endorsed and purchased by University of West Indies Bookstore) and Jamaica Vibrations, Kwame also has completed a number of poetry works: Our Eternal Legacy, To Our Fallen and The Love Poems. His first novel, The Paradise Embers will be out in later this year under the pseudonym, Anthony Angus. He is also working on a number of novellas from a western to sci-fi to a James Bondsque character.

As a contributor to the phenomenal work by his friend, William Frederick Cooper's Unbreakable (launched in the US March 2014), Kwame has also provided his works to various anthologies including The Lime Jewel, a fund raising compilation for victims of the 2010 Haitian Earthquake.

Kwame likes enabling others to share and enjoy his Caribbean and life experiences through his eyes. He also aims to have his current and future works appreciated by an audience provoking thought, creating laughter and even causing tears by focusing on niche markets through the globe. But, in essence, Kwame seeks to help others to feel and encounter the world in all its glory.
